ESC Cardiology Practice Conference
The ESC Cardiology Practice Conference is the official scientific meeting of the ESC Council for Cardiology Practice.
The programme is focused on the application of the ESC Guidelines for General Cardiologist throughout Europe. The diagnosis, treatment and management of cardiovascular disease is the role of the practising clinical cardiologist, and the translation of recent research Guidelines into clinical practice, will all feature prominently on the programme.
The mission of the Council for Cardiology Practice is to improve the standard of care in the clinical cardiology practice of office-based general cardiologists. Please join us at the ESC Cardiology Practice Conference 2025 and interact with an outstanding Faculty. You will have the opportunity to enjoy a meeting that offers a really novel scientific programme, experts from Europe and a wealth of interactive sessions enabling you to build networks and get involved in the management of clinical cases and scientific discussions.
The ESC Cardiology Practice conference will take place on 7 - 8 February 2025 in Athens, Greece.
A two days face to face conference including scientific sessions, clinical cases, symposiums, networking opportunities and debates linked to the Hellenic Society congress.

Learning objectives
The goal of this conference is to bring together general cardiologists to exchange, share and to learn from each other.
Expectedly, the highest attendance will come from general cardiologists and the conference will increase their awareness about daily practice.
The conference therefore aims to:
- Translate the recent data and ESC guidelines in terms of daily practice to enhance the general cardiologist skills and knowledge
- Will cover general cardio and advanced of ESC Core Curriculum
- Improve interdisciplinary approach and dialogue
- Provide healthcare professionals free access to these scientific resources
Target audience
The conference is mainly designed for local cardiologists working in outpatient setting but also cardiologists interested in general cardiology, covering all the fields of cardiology.
